Sweet Blossum has figured out how to get through winter. She seems to have adopted this heat register. I think she enjoys the warm air blowing on her tummy.

Mommy found a way to get through winter too. I’ll just let the glow of this California Christmas warm my tummy face.

Clever Blossum! I used to have an old black cat who used to sit so close to the log fire that we feared for his life… he just loved being toasty 🙂

That’s so funny PJ. I guess Blossums not quite the daredevil. A roaring fire will take a chill off…I imagine a few sparks and crackles might have caused concern, LOL. We got home after 1am this morning. Kitties gave us a big greeting….I was so happy to see them too. Can you imagine leaving your sweet darlings for a vacation right now? They’d grow so much while you were away.

I don’t even like to leave my garden and chickens so I’d hate to leave the kitties. Welcome home!

Blossum has the right idea! So sweet.
Meanwhile, “mommy” has the right idea as well. Love the harbour photos. What fun.

Thank’s Alys, Blossums just taken to doing that. If we wonder where she’s gotten too, we just look at the register and there she is….getting her tummy toasted.
I took so many photo’s at the parade but almost all turned out blurry. I used ‘night photo’ but also zoomed in. Oh well, maybe next time we’ll see it together 🙂

I love that idea! Next time together…maybe even in the parade. 😉
Sorry about the pictures. It’s quite challenging taking pictures at night. Add in lights and movement, it’s a wonder you got any at all. I know how disappointing that can be, though.

Did you do this as a kid? Sit over the register and let the warm air fill up your long nighty like a big balloon? I think we must have been hard up for entertainment. LOL. Thanks for sharing and stay warm. 🙂

Don’t just bask in the glow of the Fat Tire sign – order a pint! It is definitely good for some holiday cheer.

Ha, thanks Will, that’s good advice, yum & mmmmm a pint of Tiger-Tiger…or were you talking beer? The Tire company is in a building with a sign the says ‘est 1904’…that’s a lot of tires rolling round California over the years.
